My path into esthetics was shaped by personal experience. While my mom was undergoing cancer treatment, I witnessed how deeply skincare impacts not only the skin, but confidence, comfort, and emotional wellbeing. That experience, and losing her to lung cancer, inspired me to leave my corporate career and pursue esthetics with a deeper purpose. Today, as an oncology-trained esthetician, I blend advanced skincare with holistic, intentional care rooted in the belief that skincare is truly about skin and care. My goal is to create a nurturing space where clients feel supported, restored, and cared for — skin, body, and spirit.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & No-Show Policy At Soulstice Skin Studio, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To honor the time of all clients and the preparation that goes into each service, the following cancellation policy applies: *Cancellations made the day before your scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 25% of the scheduled service total. *Same-day cancellations will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total. *No-shows or missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. The card on file may be charged according to this policy. Any outstanding cancellation or no-show fees must be paid before booking future appointments. I understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you are experiencing an emergency, please reach out as soon as possible. While exceptions may be considered at my discretion, they are not guaranteed. Thank you for respecting my time and supporting my small business.
